The staff is exceptional. Hamza was particularly helpful from the moment we entered the shop. He meticulously considered all the little details to finish our new bathroom. The hospitality was fantastic. They even provided us with tea, coffee, and soft drinks, which are not common in tile shops. If I had to choose between Homebase, B&Q, Wicks and The Tile House, I would definitely go with The Tile House. Keep the good job brothers, I am definitely going to come back again.

We were doing a large project of 2 bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. We had gone to may tile shops and at the last point, we decided to go back to Tile House Ilford (where we bought our tiles for the Kitchen refurbishment a few years ago). The guys had me in their system from then. Zain was absolutely amazing in getting our orders and gave a great price. Aftab was great also great when Zain was not around. The advice, suggestions and customer service down to when we found broken tiles (they were replaced), and had some left over (refunded) really showed great service. Truly satisfied with the project!
